Become An Accommodation Partner

Our multi-year rental guarantee means that we pay you rent every month for the duration of our agreement. We not only maintain properties, but also invest in them too.

We are also fully compliant and registered with The Property Redress Scheme. Our registration number is PRS037633.

We are looking to sign a long term lease with each of our individual property owners, typically between 3 - 5 years. However, there are instances where our minimum contract duration is one year. 

Your property will be occupied by our vetted clients. We work with nationwide businesses, airlines and hospitals to help house their professional employees, cabin crews and doctors, who need accommodation in the area. 

Whenever there are gaps between corporate contracts, we fill them in by serving people who are visiting the area for leisure and families who need temporary accommodation, due to work being carried out on their main residence (often funded by their insurance companies). 

You will receive your monthly rent regardless of whether the property is occupied or not. 

We prefer unfurnished properties so that we can furnish them ourselves. However, we look at each property on a case-by-case basis. DreamyPads is happy to assess the furniture and discuss next steps if your property is furnished.
