40% of the booking balance is due upon time of booking. The remaining 60% of the balance is due 3 weeks before arrival.

1 day prior to check-in, a hold will be placed (but not charged) on your card as a security deposit. This is in case there is any damage to the property or violation of House Rules during your stay. This hold is released within 10 days of departure provided that there are no incidents during your stay.

To protect both guests and staff, all guests are required to complete a pre check-in process on our online verification portal.

Reservations are fully refundable up until 7 days prior to check-in time.

50% refundable between 6 - 2 days prior to check-in time.

Non-refundable within 1 day of check-in time.

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. 

We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! These are available upon availability, we will need to know ahead of time for this request so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew and they can be referenced below: 

Early check-in: £25

Late check-out: £25 

We do not allow pets in our units. 

All guests will be required to sign off on our House Rules, which are further outlined in the Guest Portal. They include, but are not limited to: no smoking, no partying and no pets.
